Prom

Here are some of Megan's favorite pictures from Prom.  Her date, Josh, made arrangements with his dad who is a fire fighter to drive them and some other friends to the state capital building for Prom in a fire engine, with the lights and sirens blaring.  Megan said it was a lot of fun, although the security team at the building weren't very happy!

If you didn't already know, we're Irish.  This is the first year though where everyone wore green.

Meg's 17th Birthday

Meg's at the age where she just wants money or gift cards.  So, we filled balloons with money instead!  She had a lot of fun popping the balloons to get to her gifts.  See the missing slice in the cheesecake?  One of Meg's "boyfriends" received his mission call today, so as soon as we finished dinner she took a slice of cheesecake and went to join his family while he opened up his call.  Tom and I sang happy birthday to her later that night, since everyone had already gone to bed.  The mission call?  Ethan will be serving in South Korea in late June.

 Meg went to the Preference Dance (Girl's Choice) in February.  It's hard to fit her dress in the car.
