We don't bowl very often, but when we do we're guaranteed to cheer for each other, laugh at ourselves and laugh at each other. We're also guaranteed a few strikes and spares, many gutter balls, at least one ball getting stuck at the end, and if we're lucky, one ball hitting the gate and rolling all the way back.
But since a new bowling alley recently opened up in town, we made it today's adventure. We started out thinking we might be able to play two games, but before the first game was through, we were too!
This is the funniest moment in our game. Even with a 6 pound ball, Hailey just can't quite manage. After her ball went so slow it ran into the gate and rolled back, Tom decided to help her with a little more power behind her.
